In the first few years of my marriage, we wanted our own home so badly that I researched and learned everything I could about home buying and mortgages. After my husband and I bought our first home in 1996, I missed my constant obsession with real estate so much I that earned my real estate salesperson license in 1997 and started a new career. Then in 2002 I earned my Broker's license. I have spent my career in various positions within the real estate lending and sales industries. Much has changed over the years and being a lifelong learner, I must admit that I enjoy keeping up with the ever-changing industry, marketplace, and clientele. At its heart, however, it still comes down to the same thing - helping people - which I love most! The people who know and have worked with me will tell you that I am honest and tell it like it is. I appreciate the direct approach as I do not want to waste your time. I do not, nor have I ever, seen myself as a salesperson. I see myself as your advisor or partner and in that vein I am going to be honest and direct. I don't want to assume anything. I want to assist you in achieving your financial and real estate goals through an often complex process. There are many moving parts in any real estate transaction, some more than others. This is where my vast experience and the exceptional team I work with serve you best.
